90 Day Return Policy At Roots To Table, we are committed to excellence in our products and customer satisfaction. Here are the terms for returns and refunds:
We only allow for refunds and or exchanges based on the below three reasons:
Incorrect Product: If you receive a different item than what you ordered.
Engraving Errors: Mistakes in the engraving details as specified in your order.
Craftsmanship Issues: Defects such as broken handles or cracked boards.
You have 90 days from receiving your item to initiate a return for the above reasons.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required to complete your return. If the item is a gift, a “register your warranty” card is included, containing the order number and warranty registration details.
We cover shipping costs for returns due to our errors or craftsmanship issues.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Beyond the initial 90 days, our products are protected against craftsmanship issues under a Life-Time Warranty. (Click here to learn more).
Returns or refunds are not accepted for non-error related reasons, such as a change of heart.
All sale items, free gifts, or promotional items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for size-related issues, such as “I thought it would be smaller.” Both our product dimensions and engraving sizes are clearly stated on the product pages, so please review them carefully before ordering. Finding Your Order Number:
Original Purchaser: Locate your order number in your email inbox or through your Roots To Table Account.
Gift Receiver: A "register your warranty" card is included with your gift, which contains the order number necessary for registering the warranty and initiating returns.

Email us at care@rootstotable.com with your return request. Please include whether you are seeking an exchange or a refund, along with a picture and an explanation of the issue.
Approval:
If your return is approved, we'll send you detailed shipping instructions. Note that the product must be securely packaged. Improper packaging may disqualify your return.
Inspection:
Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to verify it matches the initial image and the return request sent to us.
Resolution:
If the return is approved, we will process your refund or prepare your exchange. We will notify you by email about the exchange, which you must approve before it is sent out.
