Engraving Proof Policy & Instructions:
Proof Approval:
- After placing your order, you will receive a digital proof of your engraving design via email.
- You will have 48 hours to review and approve the proof.
- If we do not receive a response within that time, we will proceed with processing your order as-is.
No Proof Required:
- If you do not require a proof and would like us to proceed immediately, please include the term "NOPROOF" in your engraving instructions when placing your order.
- This will indicate to us that you're ready for production without approval, and we'll process your order right away.
Next Steps:
- Once the proof is approved (or "NOPROOF" is provided), your engraving will enter production. We will notify you once your order is complete and ready for shipment.
