2️⃣ Apostrophe Use - Double-check spelling and punctuation. For example:

✔ “The Smiths Family” is correct

✘ “The Smith’s Family” is incorrect and may cause delays.

3️⃣ Customization Details - Provide clear instructions for names, dates, and special messages. If anything is unclear, we will reach out for clarification. Please respond promptly to keep your order on schedule.

4️⃣ Processing Risks - If we do not hear back from you by your order’s dispatch date regarding a proof or clarification, we will proceed with what we feel is the best option based on the details you provided. If the instructions are too ambiguous to complete, we may need to cancel the order.
